Carton erector

FORMAPACK 2 is suitable to mould carton boxes with sealing of the lower flap with self-adhesive tape. The machine structure is made up of tubeless tires and boxed plate. The storage is adaptable by adjusting the special guides for the format changeover.

The box drawing and opening unit is made up of a suction disk system, which is in constant movement. Lower flap bending is obtained mechanically by levers and guides. FORMAPACK 2 can supply an output up to 700 carton boxes per hour.
