Intercaps can supply high quality vacuum cap feeding systems and belt elevators (as supplied to the Chivas Group recently) as well as a new Vacuum cap feeding systems and belt elevators.
KLINKAPS consists of a loop system that takes away air from a sealed cyclone positioned on top of the capper. The cyclone, in which a depression has thus been created, then sucks the caps into the cyclone in from the loading bin or OCTABIN. An air filter system feeds air into the sealed closures bin to ensure total dust removal. A major Coca Cola plant in Italy has installed a KLINKAPS system on four lines to ensure only filtered air is taken into the cap feeders.
