Self-adhesive Handle applicator for multipacks
This
machine is capable of applying self-adhesive handles made out of a special
transparent tape and carton label.
Packs are fed from the feeding track to the central conveyor of the machine, where they are automatically spaced for the application of the handle.
The machine can be equipped a second tape-roll holder for rolls of 5000 m. length.
The adhesive tape is unwound by a motorised roller, electronically controlled according to the quantity of packs being fed; the carton label is mechanically applied by a cam during the passage through a set of rollers; the tape is applied on the rear and front side of the pack by a set of arms, pneumatically operated.
The position registration of the handle and label on the pack is electronically controlled; the system will survey by itself lacks of precision and automatically re-position the handle, if required.

applicator for plastic carrying handles for large capacity bottles (3,4
or 5ltr) which are already filled, capped and labelled.

This
machine is capable of applying self-adhesive handles made out of a special
transparent tape and carton label. Bottles are fed from the feeding lane
to the central conveyor of the machine, where they are automatically spaced
for the application of the handle. This new technology is particularly good
for producers who want an alternative type of handle application to traditional
plastic clip handles on 5ltr (or bigger) size bottles. This system allows
the producer to have a substanial saving on the unit cost of a plastic clip
handle vs a self adhesive handle.
