2nd hand table top self adhesive labeller
This semi-automatic table top labeller is tooled for the distribution of one label per cycle. In the labelling phase, the bottle is in the horizontal position. The machine conforms to CE regulations. This machine is designed to apply a patch label and/or back label (all on the same label reel), on a cylindrical bottle only. This machine has a date stamper as well for best before date coding onto the label prior to application.

The machine has been completely stripped down to its basic components which have all been sand blasted and re-sprayed with protective paint and oven cooked to the company’s deep blue colour. The electrics have been totally replaced with completely new electric components and rewired. The Labeller is a brand new high quality unit produced by Intercaps Filling Systems in their Italian production plant in Parma and there is also a position available for a second label station. The mechanical camme inside the turret has also been reconstructed and is capable of patch as well as full wrap around self-adhesive labels. Anti static elimination stations can be installed as optional.
