Semi-Automatic machine This machine is suitable for 3 to 20 ltr bags and is capable of 200/250 bags/h with 3 ltr bag production. It is also suitable for food use and is CE regulations compliant. – Vacuum equipment to remove air from the bags prior to filling – Magnetic flowmeter – PLC driven function control system – 220V AC power, 0.5 energy abs. – Compressed air min 6 bars – External pump command device in option, nitrogen spray – Washing and sanitizing cycles programme

The fully automatic Bag-in-Box solution is suitable for 3 to 20 ltr bags. We can supply single head or twin heads versions. – Hot melt box gluer – bottom – Automatic filler with single/multiple head – Hot melt box gluer – top – Handler – Wrap around packaging machine (option) – Suitable for 3 to 20 ltr bags. – Production: 600 x 3ltr bags per hour single head machine – 1200 x 3ltr bags per hour -twin head machine
