M2009 capping head

Capping head made entirely from stainless steel available with two, three or four independent rollers equipped with the No-Cap No-Roll safety device for closing aluminium caps and special closure types. The M2009 was born to satisfy any aluminium cap capping requirement in many sectors such as cosmetic, pharmaceutical & beverage. The M2009 can be installed on any existing semi-automatic or automatic capping machine and can separately manage aluminium cap closure sizes from 18 [mm] to 38 [mm] and other special closures.

 TM2009 magnetic torque capping head

This adjustable magnetic torque head TM2009 is a compact unit, made in stainless steel, to close threaded plastic caps or Twist-Off caps, which can be installed on a semi-auto or automatic capping machine.

M6 Capping head

Capping head with four external independent springs made entirely from stainless steel equipped with the No-Cap-No-Roll safety device for closing aluminium caps from 18 [mm] to 38 [mm] and special applications.

EXTREME Capping head

Special combined capping head with adjustable torque, with two arms made entirely from stainless steel equipped with patented mechanical accelerator device and a three sectors mechanical pincers for special combined closures.
