Intercaps Filling Systems present a fully reconstructed labelling machine at PPMA 08 Show in Birmingham UK

Intercaps Filling Systems ltd have recently completely reconstructed a high quality Sasib Quattro self adhesive labeller which is now for sale on a first come first serve basis.

The machine has been completely stripped down to its basic components which have all been sand blasted and re-sprayed with protective paint and then again sprayed and oven cooked to the Company deep blue colours.

The electrics have been totally replaced with completely new electric components and rewired.

The labeller is a 12 heads single self adhesive station ( the station is a brand new high quality unit produced by Intercaps Filling Systems in their Italian production plant in Parma ) and a position is available for a second station to do a second label.

The mechanical camme inside the turret has been produced completely new and is capable of patch as well as full wrap around self adhesive labels.

Anti static elimination stations can be installed as optional.

The Intercaps labeller will be on show at the Brau stand of Intercaps Filling Systems in Nuremberg.
