ATEX-certified Monoblock for Paradise Beverages, Fiji
IC Filling Systems have recently supplied an automatic filling monoblock to Paradise Beverages of the Fiji Islands. This is a rinser filler and double capper for high strength spirits.

Paradise Beverages was looking for a filling block capable of filling spirits at high strength (up to 65% ABV) at 5,000 bph on 70 cl glass bottles. Therefore, they needed ATEX explosion proof certification for the filler.
IC Filling Systems have many years of experience supplying ATEX rated filling machines.
Working closely with our local partners Brewtique we proposed a 20-24-4-4 flexible configuration, suitable for a wide variety of bottles and cap formats. This includes PET flasks and Glass bottles and T-Cork caps as well as ROPP metal caps.
This ATEX certified unit was fitted with explosion proof electric motors and pumps, fumes extractors, and automatic sensors for ethylic fumes concentration. These sensors automatically stop the operation of the filler in case of emergency.
We have delivered ATEX certified filling machines for many ATEX applications (including Domino Ink Jet production site in the United Kingdom) and supplied worldwide many spirits producers, who require cask strength filling capacity.
