Marco Solferini with Hybrid 661 EPV
Hybrid 6611 EPV forms central element of automatic bottling line

1975 by Simon is a Danish company which produces craft small batch gin and also distributes carbonated soft drinks such as tonic water.

Since the company wanted to start producing their own version of tonic water ‘in-house’ they chose IC Filling Systems HYBRID EPV 6611 which offers them the versatility to package carbonated tonic water and CSD’s into glass bottles and aluminium cans at a rate of 1,200 bottles/can per hour.

Besides the HYBRID fillerblock they also chose a tunnel pasteurizing unit, can/bottle drying tunnel, self-adhesive labeller + date coder, a CIP unit, inline carbonator and an end of line carton packaging system + connecting conveyors.
