A new exciting add on automatic labeller kit with bottle conveyor can be added to our 6-6-2 Compactblock semi-automatic rinser / filler / capper to increase productivity on your beer bottling line.
This new offering can be retrofitted to existing lines, giving you the possibiility of deciding just when you need a more automated plant without the need to upgrade your bottling machine, and still stay within available budgets.
Working at full capacity of up to 600 bph, including the automatic labeller in your production line allows two operators, rather than three, to operated the complete packaging operation including carton packing.
The labeller is capable of producing up to 1,500 bph to allow you to retain it for a future upgrade to an automatic bottling line, such as our Microblock 551 EPV.
This upgrade is available from less than €20,000 excluding taxes, delivered to your address, including automatic labeller, inkjet date coder and complete bottle conveyor system, including bottle infeed and accumulation tables.
