BIB PREMIUM SS Bag in Box Filling Machine Features
Scalable and automated, the BIB PREMIUM SS bag in box semi automatic filling machine is the perfect solution for the medium-sized and large-scale production of 2 to 30-litre vacuum bags.
It is differentiated from the semi-automatic BIB PREMIUM SS bag in box filling machine by a chassis made entirely in stainless steel, an adjustable motorised filling head, a set Cleaning in Place (CIP) circuit and a mobile and multi-directional control box.
BIB Premium SS Technical Characteristics
- Start of cycle (DAS safe and automatic start-up), removal of tap, creating a vacuum in the bag, metering and filling, nitrogen injection, reinsertion of tap, discharge of full bag.
- CIP circuit: built-in and set, including evacuation tube and output connection
