We can supply high quality vacuum cap feeding systems and belt elevators (as recently supplied to the Chivas Group) as well as a new Vacuum cap feeding systems and belt elevators.

KLINKAPS consists of a loop system that takes away air from a sealed cyclone positioned on top of the capper. The cyclone, in which a depression has thus been created, then sucks the caps into the cyclone in from the loading bin or OCTABIN. An air filter system feeds air into the sealed closures bin to ensure total dust removal.

A major Coca Cola plant in Italy has installed a KLINKAPS system on four lines to ensure only filtered air is taken into the cap feeders.

Crystal Caps (Vinolok)

IC Filling Systems supplies a specialist type of automatic feeding equipment required to handle the application of these special Delicate CRYSTAL STOPPERS.

In conjunction with a traditional pick and place capper.

Unlike ordinary cork stoppers the Vinolok crystal stoppers CANNOT be tumble fed onto a traditional mechanical sorter and from this to the capping machine proper.

The Vinolok crystal stoppers arrive already placed individually spaced and positioned upright in a thermoform serving plate.

Each individual plate is placed inside a carton shipping box in 10 layers stacked one on top of the other.

The operator opens the feeding trap on top of a specially designed cap feeder where the caps are maintained erect in the position originally assigned to each of them in the thermoformed tray.

With a robot arm and vacuum operated transfer suction cups, the operator transfers the caps from the shipping carton onto the cap sorter.

The sorter is in fact acting ONLY as a buffer as the caps remain oriented in their final position throughout this exercise.

Eventually the buffer feeds the oriented caps to the pick and place systems that is inside the capping machine properly denominated as such.
