IC Filling Systems offer a complete range of CIP systems (Cleaning-In-Place) suitable from the smallest micro-brewery to the largest bottling plant. Our CIP machines are particularly versatile and offer a range of solutions for every budget from a smallest CIP of 2 tanks of 150 litres to the largest of 3 tanks of 1000 litres each fully automatic.
CIP is also available in semi-automatic mode with manual selection of the cleaning cycle and automatic management of the time of treatment.
CIP 2 tanks of 150 Litres in automatic mode (all operations and connections are made automatically there is a PLC programmed to conduct all operations sequentially) one tank heated and jacketed for holding a caustic soda solution at 80C and one tank for the cold solution of Peracetic acid. Also available in 3 tanks configuration for hot water rinsing.
Also available in 300 litres 500 litres 750 litres and 1000 litres configurations.
Fitted with a set of electro valves with fixed piping commanded by the PLC.
