Successful Factory Acceptance Test for Our Multi‑Cap Bottling Monoblock!

We’re delighted to announce the successful testing and client approval of a highly versatile 12/16/1/1- ISO model bottling monoblock, soon to be installed at our customer’s facility in England. This unit is able to handle both still & carbonated beverages.

What makes this machine exceptional is its unique ability to handle four different closure technologies using only two single‑head capping turrets, all fully integrated into the monoblock design.

This line can seamlessly handle:

• 26mm crown corks
• ROPP aluminium screw caps
• T‑corks
• Mushroom corks (finished with a wire‑hooding unit external to the monblock)

Thanks to our revolving turret technology, each turret can work with two different cap types — maximizing capability with minimal footprint.

Our client particularly valued the 10–15 minute tool‑less changeovers, enabling them to switch between bottle styles and closure technologies quickly and effortlessly.
