  • Empty Bottle Inspection.To Check quality, integrity and cleanliness of empty containers. Linear empty bottle inspection system. Modular inspection system, installed before the filler, to inspect the surfaces of empty bottles and jars made of either glass or PET. It checks that containers are in good condition and clean, free of foreign matter and liquid residues
  • Fill Level Check. Checks fill level with precision.
  • Cap- Capsule Check System. Checks the presence of any type of cap.
  • Seal Check. Identifies loss of seal due to microscopic holes.
  • Label Check. Checks the presence of paper or plastic labels.
  • Reject System. Progressive diverter for gentle sideways movement of the containers which are not conform to standard specifciations. These are pushed over to a side conveyor with a caterpiller movement
